Job Description

Location: Colne or Haydock

Hours: 12-16 hours per week working flexibly by agreement

Salary: £32,000 PFE (Pro-rata – Equivalent Full-Time)

The principal duties of this role include:

Working with the rest of business management team, you will be accountable for advising and guiding across the full spectrum of generalist HR. The role encompasses both operational and strategic HR spanning; employee relations, learning and development, recruitment, reward and talent development.

To be successful in this role, candidates will need to have the following:

The successful candidate ideally will be; Level 7 CIPD qualified, with demonstrable experience in a similar stand-alone HR Manager role; the ability to demonstrate leadership, initiative, enthusiasm, professionalism and a high level of service delivery, along with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Candidates should demonstrate a proven ability to listen to the needs of the business and confidence in dealing with people and situations with resilience and determination.

Candidates will also need to have excellent technical knowledge and the ability to implement and improve our commercial infrastructure.
