Team GGM awarded the prestigious Kubota Gold+ Award

We are very proud to announce that Kubota have awarded GGM Groundscare the sought-after Kubota Gold + Award for Service Excellence. As one of only a few dealers in the industry to achieve the highest recognition, we are very proud of our excellent service team for attaining the award.

It again reiterates the companies’ continual efforts in striving for customer & service excellence to ensure our customers receive the best experience we can possibly provide.

The awards, which are assessed and presented every two years by Kubota, are based on dealer equipment, facilities, commitment to training and, most importantly, customer service.

The Kubota customer satisfaction survey is submitted to customers after every product sold and is used to rate the service department of every Kubota dealer.
