Coronavirus (COVID-19) Latest Update

Following the recent developments regarding the latest Government advice re COVID-19 we’d like to give you an update about the support we are able to offer you during this period of uncertainty.
 

The business is still very much operational whilst we are adhering to government guidelines, with a number of staff now utilising home working. We are continually woking hard to minimise the disruption to our customers while ensuring the safety of our staff, suppliers and customers.

During this time of uncertainty, all visits to our depots must be pre-arranged (including collecting spares) and we ask that you comply with the social distancing rules of 2m distance from any staff member.

We will continue to operate a skeleton staff at our depots with no internal access to customers and our aim is to ensure anything you normally source from us, we will continue to supply to the best of our ability.

Parts – We are busy processing Parts deliveries in and out and have good stock availability. These can be ordered online, via email or over the telephone and subject to availability we will send these out by Fed-Ex who have confirmed to us they are operating a normal contractual service.

Machine Service & Repair – Our focus will be on Vehicle off the road emergency repairs as we respect our contractual responsibilities with our local authority and other commercial customers, emergency services and farmers and growers.  However if you can get your machine to us then we will do our best to assist you.

Machinery / Hire Sales – Our Sales Teams are available by telephone or email. We have a good range of machinery in stock so please get in contact to discuss your requirements. We also have a good selection of quality Used Machinery listed on our website Click here

Our Hire division, although operating a limited delivery service has a good range of machines available, so if there is a machine you need and you can collect it then please contact our team to discuss further.
