Almost Business as Usual at GGM
Following on from the Government announcement on 31st October regarding a new lockdown from 5th November, we wanted to outline how we will be here for you and continue to support you over the next four weeks in a COVID compliant way.
SALES DEPARTMENT - VIRTUALLY OPEN
From 5th November, our showrooms will be closed for physical visits until 2nd December. However, our sales team are all working remotely and will continue to be available to assist you with any requirement. They will be able to communicate with you via phone, email or even via a video call with virtual product demonstrations available where socially distanced demonstrations aren’t suitable.
SERVICE AND PARTS DEPARTMENTS - OPEN BY APPOINTMENT
From 5th November, these departments will continue to operate as normal for servicing and repairs, as they have been for many months now in a COVID secure manner. If not already done so, now is a great time to book in your winter service.
Our parts team are working as normal and are available for orders or advice and safe collection from your local depot is available using the outside designated collection bins.
MACHINERY HIRE - DELIVERY & COLLECTION AS NORMAL
Our Hire division are operating as normal with a good range of machines available for immediate Hire with delivery and collection service available.
