New Machinery
All new machines carry a full manufacturers warranty.
If you have any problems with a machine purchased please phone our
service department on 01282 860444 and we will arrange for the machine
to be repaired. (This may be undertaken by a local service agent).
Used Machinery
All used machines offered for sale have been fully serviced and re-conditioned in our workshops and are guaranteed against major mechanical defects (Engine, transmission, & hydraulic components) for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase, or the balance of the manufacturers warranty (whichever is the greater). In the event of a problem during this period please contact our service department on 01282 860444 and we will arrange for the machine to be repaired. (This may be undertaken by a local service agent).
(This does not affect your statutory rights)
Delivery
We aim to deliver all machinery orders within 7 working days of receipt and emergency parts orders within 48 hours. These guidelines are subject to stock availability, if the product you require is not immediately available we will contact you to advise you of the likely lead-time or offer you an alternative.
Please examine goods carefully and notify us of any damage or omissions within 24 hours of receipt, or our carrier will not accept liability.
If you have any special requests for your delivery, please complete the additional information section in the checkout area, or e-mail us with your requirements.
Please note that our carriers will require a signature to confirm delivery and deliveries will normally take place between the hours of 9am and 5pm Mon. – Fri. Weekend deliveries may be available but may be subject to an additional charge please ask for details.
Returns
You may return any machine to us within 7 days if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging and is still new and unused. Parts, which have been incorrectly ordered, may be returned subject to a 20% handling charge.
